However, this is a step too far. Now obviously things have to go wrong to advance the plot, but oh well! This team of apparent special agents is inept.

They screw up everything they do

From the opening scene of letting the rebels launch attacks before they realize they might be the bad guys, to the ridiculous decision to use a miserable woman (the main character) who doesn’t want to befriend a target who’s going to a lively party. I’m happy to go with it. If it’s not, these things should be taken seriously.

And that’s correct

Others here have already stated that the main lead is painted as some kind of Supergirl. She’s like a Terminator! But my main issue is that she’s really not likeable.
