Synopsis
A family of ranchers in Montana are confronted by others who are encroaching on their land. Forry J. Smith, who plays Lloyd, is a seasoned rodeo man. John Dutton (Kevin Costner) often seems to “forget” his Montana accent and revert to his usual Southern California voice. Featured in WatchMojo: The 10 Best Summer TV Shows That Are Off Your Radar (2018) This is the kind of show where cowboy/western life meets big city mob life. This show is well-made, the first two episodes were well-written and keep you wanting more after each episode. Not to mention the beautiful landscapes of Montana and Utah. The Dutton family reminds me of the Ewings from the 70s drama Dallas. In short, Yellowstone is Dallas meets the Sopranos.
